I read that 1 our of 3 women will have a pelvic floor disorder at least ones in her lifetime. My dear granny had big issues in that area, God bless her soul, and I decided to step up and work on my “floor” before it’s too late.
We all know about Kegels, but apart from that (and these are so easy to do, you can actually do it in the car, at work, while doing dishes, etc, just do them regularly) I put together these 9 variations of a Pilates Pelvic lift that you can do at home.
The How To Pelvic Lift Exercise
- Really squeeze those pelvic muscles while performing these exercises
- Scoop your stomach into your spine
- Squeeze your glutes
- Relax your neck and shoulders
- Keep the straight line as you go up
