I’m Olia Voronkova — a Classical Pilates Instructor, plant-based wellness coach, and the creator of a lifestyle built on discipline, strength, and feminine power.
I’ve been plant-based since the age of five, after realizing what “eating meat” truly meant. Even as a child, I knew I couldn’t live a life that caused harm. As I grew older, I also learned about the deep impact animal agriculture has on our health and environment — and my commitment to living consciously only became stronger.
But my story goes far beyond nutrition and fitness.
“I didn’t come from comfort. I came from resilience.”
I was born in Tyumen, Russia — in the cold and snow — and my early life was shaped by survival. My family lived in a small trailer in the North, where comfort was rare, but resilience was normal. I learned early that we don’t ask for much… we appreciate what we have.
Later, I moved to the United States to follow my dream of becoming an actress. I lived through years of uncertainty — paperwork, visas, multiple low-paid jobs, and moments where I truly didn’t know how I would survive. I slept on the floor in a sleeping bag. I lived off oats and rice. I faced dangerous situations and nights where I cried myself to sleep.
But I also learned something powerful:
God was always protecting me.
I started in New York City, moved to Colorado during the 2008 economic crisis, and eventually found my way to Los Angeles — where I began creating films and building a life from scratch. One of my short films even won “Audience Favorite” at a film festival.
And then life gave me a new dream.
I reconnected with the love of my life, fell pregnant, and realized that the most meaningful success wasn’t fame — it was family, purpose, and legacy.
That journey eventually brought me to South Africa, where I rebuilt my life once again — this time as a mother, teacher, and entrepreneur.
Pilates became my foundation.
Not just for a strong body — but for strength in life.
Today, I help women transform their bodies and identity through Classical Pilates, plant-based wellness, and powerful daily habits that create lasting confidence, posture, energy, and youth.
Because I believe transformation isn’t about punishment.
It’s about alignment, self-respect, and becoming the woman you know you were meant to be.
