Healthy Quick Breakfast

Have you ever been in a rush in the morning and didn’t have even 15 minutes to make yourself a breakfast?

Now you have a nutritious and tasty recipe for those crazy mornings.

Prep: 2 min

Cook: 1 min


  • 1 banana;
  • 4 strawberries;
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha;
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • ½ cup milk.


Blend all the ingredients together on high speed.

Pour it in a glass, or if you don’t have time even for that, drink it out of your blender.
