Ok, my friends. It’s time to get your body into a better shape.

I think you will agree with me when I say that a great body is a combination of healthy eating, good workouts and happiness inside.

I really want to help you achieve your goals, that’s why I’m going to share my routines, diet and some positive and motivating nuggets of wisdom.

Why did I call this page “6 Pack Family”? Because we all work out!

My hubby loves extreme sports, Nika seems to enjoy yoga, I love Pilates and we all love outdoors. We support and push each other to be the best us we can be.

We are not trying to be better than someone else, we are on the journey to be better than we were yesterday, and we do it for us as it is the best motivation.
