I think you will agree with me when I say that to get a great body you need to combine healthy eating, good workouts and happiness inside.

Why did I call this page “6 Pack Family”? Because we all work out!

My hubby loves extreme sports, Nika seems to enjoy Yoga, dancing and gymnastics, and I also love Yoga and Pilates; and we all love outdoors – hiking, climbing, outdoors. We support and push each other to become better.

We are not trying to be better than someone else, we are on the journey to be a better version of OURSELVES – better than we were yesterday, and we do it for US – isn’t is the best type of motivation?
